Because Mr. Ron has a squirrel brain filled with brain farts, one little idea around CTB Headquarters often leads to another…and then another…and occasionally an entire new division before lunch. 😄
Meet CTBSQ, the official squirrel mascot and future adventure guide for Cruise Time Booker, CTB Headquarters, and R&M Adventures.
CTBSQ was inspired by all the “squirrel moments” that happen around CTBHQ—the unexpected ideas that make us stop what we are doing and say:
“Hold on…what if we did this?”
Like every squirrel gathering acorns, Mr. Ron is always gathering ideas, photographs, stories, memories, travel plans, and possible new adventures.
That is why CTBSQ carries an acorn marked NEW IDEA.
Every big project starts small. One idea can grow into a post, a story, a website feature, an interactive map, a book, or something we have not even thought of yet.
Small ideas can grow into meaningful adventures.
A guide connecting the CTB family
CTBSQ will help introduce new ideas, share travel stories, highlight real photographs, explain CTB projects, guide visitors through ships and destinations, and connect the many different parts of the CTB family.
He may eventually appear in:

- Children’s books and personalized adventures

The CTBSQ Interactive Adventure Map will allow visitors to select places we have visited and discover the stories behind them.
Each location could include our real photographs, videos, travel memories, cruise tips, related ships, narrated stories, and links to additional adventures.
CTBSQ may also hide digital acorns, clues, badges, and special markers throughout the map for people to discover.
It will not simply show where we traveled. It will show what happened there, who was with us, what we learned, and why the memory mattered.

A traveling storyteller people can discover
CTBSQ may also become a soft plushie or lovey-style stuffed animal that children, families, and CTB travelers can take on their own adventures.
Another idea is a small collectible CTBSQ figure designed to be hidden at approved locations. Each figure could contain a unique built-in QR code. When someone discovers and scans it, they could:
- Meet CTBSQ
- Join the CTBSQ adventure
- Read the story connected to that location
- Unlock photographs, clues, or digital badges
- Follow CTBSQ to the next adventure
- Add their own approved memory or photograph
- Register where the traveling CTBSQ figure was discovered
- Find, photograph, re-hide, or keep the figure—depending on that adventure’s rules
That would turn CTBSQ into more than a mascot. He would become a traveling storyteller connecting people, places, memories, and adventures.
Curiosity, creativity, kindness and exploration
CTBSQ represents curiosity, creativity, kindness, exploration, and the courage to follow a strange little brain fart long enough to discover whether it might become something special.
Some ideas will become posts. Some will become stories. Some may become books, maps, plushies, figures, or family keepsakes. And some may simply make us laugh—which is also pretty valuable around Headquarters.
So when CTBSQ appears carrying a new acorn, it means Mr. Ron’s squirrel brain has been busy again.
